This legal procedure (as outlined in Decree No. 2013-756 of August 19, 2013) allows candidates to apply based on significant professional, personal (e.g, volunteering), or educational experience (e.g., certificates) relevant to the fields covered by the CAWEB program.<\/p>\n          \n          <p>To initiate the VAPP process, you must first submit your application.
