Driven by a commitment to continuous learning, Faten holds certifications from renowned institutions like IDEO for Design Thinking and Nielsen Norman Group for UX. She furthered her knowledge by acquiring a MBA in Business Design.
Faten’s professional journey has taken her across various roles, starting as a trainer in Switzerland.
She has held design positions in agencies and software companies, and has led design teams as a Design Manager in various service companies.
Throughout her career, Faten has consistently demonstrated her ability to tailor design methodologies to specific contexts, maximizing the positive impact on both end-users and stakeholders. She is passionate about integrating best practices in design and research to create exceptional user experiences and foster humancentered innovation.
In addition to her design expertise, Faten is a Design educator, sharing her knowledge and insights with aspiring designers through teachingengagements at several engineering schools.
She actively engages with design communities, fostering knowledge exchange, continuous learning, and a vibrant design ecosystem.
