Partners and events

Since 2002, CAWEB has built partnerships with organizations in localization, translation, UX design, and technology. These partnerships also support events, including our Berlin trip in April 2026 and an Erasmus BIP (Blended Intensive Program) in 2025.

Partners support the program through internships, guest talks, and collaborative projects. They also contribute to community events, professional immersion days, symposiums, and COIL projects (Collaborative Online International Learning).

Events and students community

The university hosts a variety of events, both in-person and online, enriching academic experiences, fostering invaluable networking opportunities, and promoting an inclusive environment.

On-campus meetings

The university organizes on-campus sessions that help students meet their peers and connect with instructors and the program team during the academic year. While the program is online, it also encourages students to connect, build relationships, and network throughout the year.

Tekom conference

Students may attend the annual Tekom conference in Stuttgart to network with professionals and attend sessions related to the field. They can also attend talks and meet people from different organizations.

University events

The University of Strasbourg hosts a range of events, including conferences, day trips, writing awards, and film discussions. You may also find cultural events such as Prix Louise Weiss (2024), along with workshops and talks. CAWEB also organized a Berlin trip in April 2026 as part of its partner and community events.
